GRET 2017 Mid Year Conference
Mid year conferences has always been about sales update and team building activities. It was held at Seda Nuvali and Laguna Camp N which had brought so much learnings and fun to every employees. Sales Updates, help managers to monitor the performance of their sales team, plan effective sales strategies, decide on a sales forecasting process and most importantly, maintain or reduce the length of the sales cycle. In the
team building activities, everybody showed their sportsmanship and cool side as they get through the thrilling, breath taking and dirty muddy course of the place. At the end of the event everyone was enlightened of the
purposes which was to motivate the people to work together, to develop their strengths, and to address any weaknesses. This had encouraged collaboration rather than competition.
